I have noticed that there are a lot of unlicensed contractors running around the area. How can you tell?! Well All Florida licensed contractors are required by law to have their names and license numbers on their vehicles and trucks. I recently learned this after attending the Florida Business law Class in St. Augustine Florida recently. This is a mandatory class required for All licensed contractors in the state of Florida as well as St. John Flagler and possibly Volusia counties. As a handyman and Landscaping contractor, I'm required to have a windshield sticker for my landscaping activities. My point is this; Always check to make sure you're dealing with a Licensed contractor!

Marlon CoxFrom the time I was a child, I was fascinated with the work my uncles did as painters and carpenters. I took every opportunity to crawl with them under houses or up a ladder to watch or help when I could. It's that same passion and desire that drives me to work for my customers and to see their smiles of satisfaction when the job is done! Archives
